Please respect these rules (the "Rules"), respect your fellow tipsters, and play without trickery or fraud. Tipsters who do not comply with the Rules are subject to sanctions, up to and including exclusion from the contest by the site's team. > **Rules last updated:** 04/06/2026 *** ### The contest organizer **SAS Bet2invest**, with its registered office at 99 A Bd Constantin Descat, 59200 Tourcoing, France (the "Organizer", "we", "our", "us"), owner of the websites **bet2invest.com**, **bet2invest.ca** and **bet2invest.fr** (the "Site"), is the organizer of the online tipster contest (the "Contest") for the entire duration of the 2026 World Cup, **from 11 June 2026 to 19 July 2026**. *** ### Eligibility To take part in the Contest, the participant (the "Tipster", "you", "your") must be **over 18 years old**. The Contest is open worldwide, subject to the restrictions applicable in the excluded countries (defined below). Tipsters who permanently reside in an excluded country are allowed to participate but are **not eligible to receive the prizes**, due to the legal restrictions in force. Countries that may be excluded include, but are not limited to: Afghanistan, Burkina Faso, Colombia, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ethiopia, Iran, Iraq, Mali, Nigeria, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Russia, Yemen, as well as certain U.S. states. The Organizer may, at its sole discretion, add or remove countries and territories from the excluded list in order to comply with applicable laws, regulations, regulatory requirements, guidelines and industry codes of practice. It nevertheless remains each Tipster's responsibility to stay informed of the laws and regulations applicable to them based on their country of residence. By participating in the Contest, tipsters accept these Rules as well as the privacy policy, both published on the Site. Employees and contractors engaged by the Organizer or any of its affiliates, whether directly or through third-party companies, are not allowed to participate in the Contest. *** ### How to take part 1. **Create an account** on the Site. 2. **Sign up for the Contest** from the [dedicated page](https://bet2invest.com/contest). 3. **Share the Contest on social media.** Participation requires having published a public post (tweet/post) on at least one social network (X/Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) mentioning the Contest and the **@Bet2invest** account. This proof (a link to or screenshot of the post) may be requested to validate your participation and the awarding of prizes. 4. **Publish your predictions** in accordance with the technical rules below. > **Good to know:** > > * Only one Tipster account is allowed per household. > * Participation in the Contest is **entirely free**. > * Your personal details must be properly filled in as soon as you enter the Contest (see "Sending the prizes" and "Personal data"). > * If you are one of the winners, you will be notified by email by a member of the team. *** ### Prizes The **Top 10** of the final leaderboard is rewarded, in the form of prizes: | Rank | Prize | | ------ | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | 🥇 1st | A football jersey of your choice (club or nation, \~€100) + a 1-year subscription to the Professional Tipster **AsianBetting** (€349.50) + a 1-year subscription to the **Bet2invest Premium Plan** (€49) | | 🥈 2nd | A jersey of your choice (\~€100) + 1 year of AsianBetting (€349.50) + 1 year of Premium (€49) | | 🥉 3rd | A jersey of your choice (\~€100) + 1 year of AsianBetting (€349.50) + 1 year of Premium (€49) | | 4th | A jersey of your choice (\~€100) + 1 year of AsianBetting (€349.50) | | 5th | 1-year AsianBetting subscription (€349.50) | | 6th | 1-year AsianBetting subscription (€349.50) | | 7th | 1-year AsianBetting subscription (€349.50) | | 8th | 1-year AsianBetting subscription (€349.50) | | 9th | 1-year AsianBetting subscription (€349.50) | | 10th | 1-year AsianBetting subscription (€349.50) | *** ### Technical rules * All predictions published on the Site must be **original content, exclusive** to the Site. * The odds provided in real time by Bet2invest are **exclusively** those of the international bookmaker **Pinnacle** (pinnacle.com). * Any analysis (optional) accompanying a prediction must be unique, relevant and sufficiently substantiated to support that specific prediction. **Eligible competition:** * ⚽ Football — **2026 World Cup** **Prediction conditions:** * The allowed stake is a **single unit (1 unit)**. * Eligible matches are those of the 2026 World Cup, both **pre-match and Live**. * Once published, a prediction **cannot be edited**. * Only one prediction is allowed **per market and per event** (e.g., one 1X2 prediction and one Over/Under prediction per match; you cannot predict the 1X2, or the Over/Under, of the same event more than once). * Predictions must be made before the event's kick-off, or Live. **Disputes and settlement:** * In the event of a dispute, the **prediction's description prevails**. Always make sure it clearly reflects your intent. * When a prediction's settlement is disputed, the final decision is based on how **Pinnacle** settled the bet on its site. Accordingly, if a bet is voided by the bookmaker, the corresponding prediction is also voided on Bet2invest. *** ### Determining the winners * To be eligible, a Tipster must have **at least 35 settled predictions** (at 1 unit) on 2026 World Cup matches during the Contest period. * The ranking is based on a **composite score**, calculated automatically by our own tools and recomputed throughout the competition (winning and losing predictions alike). It combines three metrics, **normalized across all eligible participants** (each metric is rescaled to a 0–100 range, then weighted): | Metric | Weight | | ---------------------------- | ------ | | **Yield** | 50% | | **CLV** (Closing Line Value) | 40% | | **Volume** of predictions | 10% | * **Volume** is capped: beyond a certain number of predictions, publishing more no longer increases your score (anti-spam measure). * At the end of the competition cycle, the final leaderboard determines how the prizes are awarded: tipsters are ranked from the highest to the lowest score. The **Top 10** is rewarded. * **In the event of a tie**, the tie-break order is as follows: best **yield**, then best **CLV**, then **earliest enrollment** in the Contest. *** ### Sending the prizes All shipments made by Bet2invest are subject to a check to ensure prizes are delivered to the correct recipients. It is therefore **mandatory to fill in the following information** on your Bet2invest account, as soon as you enter the Contest: * Last name * First name * Address (street, city, postal code, country) * Username on the Site * Email address To settle each prize, Bet2invest may ask winners for a copy of a **proof of identity** (passport or driver's license, with a visible date of birth). Prizes are sent by **post** (jerseys) and by **email** (digital prizes). *** ### Personal data The Organizer acts as a data controller and processes tipsters' personal data in accordance with the **privacy policy**. By participating in the Contest, tipsters declare that they accept the processing of the following personal data: first name, last name, username on the Site, email address, home address. We may publish the winner's first and last name on our Site in order to contribute to the transparency of the Contest and to comply with advertising legislation and recommendations. You may object to this publication by writing to us at ****. If you win a prize, we may ask you for a copy of your proof of identity, your phone number, proof of address and, where applicable, your bank details. Processing this data is necessary to verify your identity, deliver the prizes, pay any applicable taxes, and verify that you meet the age and participation requirements. Please refer to our privacy policy for more details on how your data is processed, our processing partners, as well as your rights and our obligations regarding data protection. *** ### Breach of the rules All content and comments published on the Site must remain courteous. Respect your fellow tipsters and refrain from any abusive, racist, sexist, homophobic language or any other form of discrimination. We also ask that you avoid any intentionally provocative content (for example, extreme political opinions). The Site is for everyone, whoever they are, wherever they come from and whatever they believe. Any attempt to exploit the Site's system is prohibited and will result in sanctions. Copying someone else's work to publish it under your own name, intentionally exploiting bugs, or attempting in any way to gain an unfair advantage over other tipsters is strictly unacceptable. Predictions are verified, and any attempt to cheat or circumvent the rules will be severely sanctioned. Conversely, honesty and respect for the Site's integrity are valued and often rewarded. When administrators correct predictions that breach the rules above, they remove all **predictions** that generated a profit for the tipster. Losing predictions, however, are kept, since they result from the tipster's failure to comply with the rules. The Organizer reserves the right to reward or sanction tipsters whenever it deems it justified. An explanation is always provided when a tipster acts outside the normal rules of the competition. Sanctions include the cancellation or removal of predictions, warnings, temporary suspensions and, in certain circumstances, a permanent ban. The extent of a sanction depends on the severity of the offense and whether the tipster is a repeat offender. Each case is judged on its own merits; the Organizer's decisions are final and must be respected. Any issue or situation not explicitly covered by these Rules will be handled at the discretion of the Site's administration. *** ### License to use By using Bet2invest, you grant us an irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license (including the right to sublicense) to use, copy, edit, modify, publish, transmit, reformat and share your predictions as well as any other content you provide on the Site and on any other media operated by the Organizer, and to allow any third party to do the same. So that you receive full credit for your predictions, your username and avatar are associated with them. If you wish to change them (to strengthen your anonymity or boost your profile), you can do so from your profile page. Likewise, you are free to reuse any free content on the Site at no cost, and to republish or share it on other websites or on social media. We simply ask that you **link back to the original source**. We want our content to reach as many people as possible: redistribute, republish and share as you wish — always crediting us. *** ### Requests for clarification / Complaints We hope you find these terms fair and appropriate. Any issue or doubt not explicitly covered by these Rules will be handled at the discretion of the Site's administration. These Rules are governed by **French law**, unless overriding mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence apply. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Rules shall be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in France. *** ### Closing notes We reserve the right to modify these Rules at our sole discretion.
