Paid Tipster Charter
Every tipster who wishes to sell picks on Bet2Invest must read, understand, and accept the following charter before activating their Paid status. This charter exists to protect subscribers and maintain the quality and integrity of the platform.
Your commitments
By activating the Paid status, you agree to the following:
1. Respect the Terms of Service
You commit to respecting Bet2Invest's general terms of use and terms of sale at all times. Violation of any platform rule may lead to the revocation of your Paid status.
2. Publish regularly
You commit to publishing at least 15 picks per month on Bet2Invest. This requirement applies to subscription-based selling - subscribers expect consistent activity from the tipsters they pay for.
If you need a break, use the Season Break feature to temporarily pause your activity without losing your status.
3. Maintain stable staking
You commit to maintaining stable and consistent stake sizing across your picks. Erratic staking (e.g., suddenly betting 10 units after a losing streak) undermines trust and is grounds for review.
4. Provide reasoned picks
You commit to providing well-thought-out picks based on a defined strategy. Picks should reflect genuine analysis, not random selections. You are not required to share your reasoning publicly, but your track record should reflect a coherent approach.
5. Accept the pricing policy
You accept Bet2Invest's pricing policy, including:
Subscription prices between €10 and €500/month
Pick pack prices with a per-pick cost between €0.20 and €5.00
Bet2Invest's commission on all subscriber payments.
6. Understand that your status can be revoked
You understand that your Paid status may be permanently revoked by Bet2Invest administrators if you fail to respect the rules outlined in this charter. Revocation cancels all active subscriptions and permanently restricts your account.
7. Never copy other tipsters
Copying picks from other tipsters - whether on Bet2Invest or external platforms - is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate and permanent revocation of your Paid status.
8. No refund upon revocation
You accept that no refund of the activation fee will be issued if your Paid status is revoked for non-compliance with this charter.
What Bet2Invest guarantees
Fair enforcement: Rules are applied consistently to all Paid tipsters
Transparency: You will be informed of the reason for any action taken on your account
Tools to succeed: Access to pricing settings, analytics, and subscriber management tools
Subscriber protection: Subscribers are clearly informed that Paid tipsters are not certified by Bet2Invest and that results are not guaranteed
What Bet2Invest does NOT guarantee
Your profitability or the profitability of your subscribers
A minimum number of subscribers or revenue
Protection against negative reviews or subscriber churn
